These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the days2go application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use days2go for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
2. Your account
If you create an account or sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the countdowns, photos and information you add to days2go. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate features you use, such as cloud backup. You are responsible for the content you create.
4. Purchases
days2go offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding and software, is owned by days2go and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without permission.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered. Do not rely on days2go as the sole reminder for critical events.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, days2go will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
